- Decide: We have scores or hundresd of great climate change solutions, and they’ve begun to be implemented at local and smaller (sometimes even state or regional) levels. Great! But we need far more federal involvement to speed things up, principally with decision making…
- …followed by implementation of those solutions, experimentation, testing, and analysis. What went right at each local experiment? What went wrong? How do they compare with doing nothing? After we’ve gotten great at implementing these solutions for different situations/ecosystems, we need to…
- export! Much of the world is not in a financial position to care about minimizing pollution… our solutions need to be effective, decisive, visibly and immediately better, and economically feasible.
